The Benefits of Eating Peanuts

The peanuts discussed here are known as arachides in French and peanuts in English. However, there are other types of nuts, such as cashew nuts and almonds, that share many nutritional benefits. Peanuts can be eaten roasted, used to make soup, or consumed raw.
